Chicago Volvo Dealer Presents the 2011 Volvo Line-up

Volvo of Lisle is excited to introduce Chicago Volvo consumers to the 2011 Volvo line-up, which includes the 2011 Volvo C70, 2011 Volvo V70, and 2011 Volvo S80.

The sporty 2011 Volvo C70 convertible features an updated design and an even more luxury driving experience. The C70, now with a look more in line with the rest of the Volvo line-up, has exterior styling that hints at the S60 revealed earlier this year. Inside it has likewise been reworked, with gauges and instruments unique to the C70.

2011 Volvo Models

The C70 makes the change from coupe to convertible in about 30 seconds as its three-piece steel roof folds away silently at the press of a button. Drivers will be exhilarated with the top down and the C70’s 2.5-liter, 230 horsepower engine rushing them down the open road.

Every carefully thought-out detail of the 2011 Volvo V70 surrounds drivers in comfort and luxury. “Scandinavian design at its best,” the V70’s interior is all about simple, clean functionality and form. The V70 also features incredible comfort for passengers with ergonomically-sound seating and controls.

The V70’s driving experience is all about control, with standard Dynamic Stability and Traction Control and All-Wheel Drive with Instant Traction.

With premium performance and distinctive luxury looks, the 2011 Volvo S80 appeals to refined tastes. The S80 features a choice of three powerful engines: a 243-horsepower 3.2-liter, a 304-horsepower 3.0-liter, and a 315-horsepower V8. The S80’s exterior lines add to that feeling of motion, while also giving the sedan a distinctive appearance.

These are but a few of the 2011 Volvo vehicles that will make their debut at Volvo of Lisle’s Chicago Volvo dealership in the coming months.

The 2011 Volvo Models Are Here!

Volvo of Lisle serving Chicago Volvo shoppers is anticipating a strong response to the arrival of the 2011 Volvo models arriving now at the dealership. The new lineup includes breakthrough Volvo styling, advanced technology and premium interior enhancements.

Volvo’s legendary Volvo V50 received enhanced styling cues for 2011, bringing it visually more in line with the Volvo V70. This popular wagon is geared towards consumers with high demands in sportiness and comfort. The Volvo V50 was first of Volvo’s models to feature the ultra-slim, free-floating centre console with illuminated storage compartment at the rear. The iconic centre console is now available in several decor versions such as with Nordic Light Oak real wood inlay, and the theme flows smoothly with similar elegant soft curves all the way to the rear seat.

The new 2011 Volvo V60 makes its entry onto the car market with its sights firmly set on giving the all-new S60 sedan model a tough match over the title of “The Most Dynamic Volvo Model Ever”. ”Many of the customers who had an advance look at the new V60 during the development process feel that its attitude is at least as sporty as that of the all-new S60,” says Volvo Cars Design Director Peter Horbury. The new V60 offers extra space and flexibility, without compromising on sporty design and exciting driving properties

Chicago Volvo customers will appreciate how the 2011 Volvo C70 retains its sporty, retractable drop top and also offers some softer curves in the front. The interior feels sportier as Volvo has redesigned the entire instrument panel with a sleeker shape and high-quality texture.

The 2011 Volvo XC90 is back with a modern and elegant appearance. It is a spacious and flexible crossover model that combines handling and comfort with excellent ability and flexibility. The 2011 model year now features a grille with more chrome and bumpers with a greater degree of color coding. All versions of the XC90 now have color-coded side trim moldings and door handles. As an alternative to black roof rails, brushed aluminum can be specified as an option.

Integrated Bluetooth is now standard on the XC90 model, and Sirius satellite radio is now standard on the S80, XC70 and XC90 models. The popular Flamenco Red color, previously only available on the C70, is now available on all Volvo vehicles.
